The Billing and Payment Center uses a separate multi-factor authentication (MFA) system than DUO Mobile. If you are ever locked out of the Billing and Payment Center due to an MFA method you do not have access to anymore, please contact the Business Office at 757-352-4059 or [email protected] for assistance; do clarify that the access issue is with the Billing and Payment Center to avoid confusion with DUO Mobile.

On the Security Settings page, you can add up to two methods of MFA. At least one is required by the payment center's system. You can use Google Authenticator, SMS/text messages, or an email to verify with.
