Virtuous Five9 Adapter Setup


To get the Five9 Adapter hooked up to Virtuous you need to download the Five9 Plus Adapter for Agent Desktop Toolkit Chrome Extension.

1) Click Add to Chrome



2) Right click the EXT in the top right and click options. 

  • if it's not showing click the Extensions button and click the pin.




3) A pop up will appear. In the IdP Login URL paste this link. Then Click save. This will enable SSO login.

4) When you left click the EXT at the top right it will open a new window to sign into Five9. Choose SSO Log In.





You can download an EXT to click to a phone number to call it from the Five9 adapter.

2) Click add to Chrome. 




3) Find the Extension at the top right and PIN it.



4) Right click the Five9 Connect Icon and click



5) A box with three options will appear. Make sure all three are checked.
