Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) allows you to reset your password without needing to contact the IT Help Desk. Once your personal email is entered, it can send you the link to reset your password.


To set up your alternate email, log into the MyRegent portal, click on My Profile, locate the widget titled My Account - Alternate Email, and enter your personal email in both fields.




A verification email will be sent to your personal email. Locate it and click on the link the verify your access to the personal email account.


Note: If you'd like to delete the current email address, select the check mark and click Save Changes. You can also enter a new email address and that will send another verification email to the address entered.





You've confirmed your personal email address and have SSPR set up for future use.
