Professors may setup Zoom meetings to require that only valid signed in accounts can join meetings, including limiting the meetings exclusively to Regent accounts only. Your Regent Zoom account is an organizational account and cannot be logged into normally. If you have never signed in with your Regent Zoom account before, first visit regent.zoom.us. You may also download the latest version of Zoom from this page.

First, if you are already signed into another account, switch the account using the accounts option menu at the top right of the Zoom program on your PC.

On the sign-in screen, click on the SSO (Single Sign On) login button as highlighted in the illustration below to take you to Regent's organizational sign-in page.

When it asks for an address, ensure "I know my company's domain" has been chosen and enter "regent" before "zoom.us". It will take you to your web browser to sign in with your Regent account.

After signing in if prompted, click the "open this link in Zoom" in the dialogue box on the top of your screen.

After this is completed, it should bring you back to Zoom on your PC with your Regent account signed in. Since Regent Zoom accounts are premium organizational accounts, you have the ability to host meetings longer than Zoom's free account 50 minute limit as well as access to cloud recordings that are stored online. You may access recordings of meetings you host at regent.zoom.us. Any other meeting recordings must be received from the professor or may be available directly in the Zoom menu of your course in Canvas if enabled.
