After the service request has been submitted. You should automatically receive a reply from our ticket system with instructions and links on how to install the program. During business hours, a technician from the Helpdesk should reply to the service request with a key for your IBM SPSS 29 install.

Please download the version relating to the operating system of your computer. You will need to be logged into your MyRegent account before clicking on the installer link in order to download the SPSS program.

Once the program's installed and you launch SPSS it will ask you to license the program. From there you will select the Launch License Wizard and enter the code you were sent.
Note: The images below do not detail all of the screen's you'll see during activation but the important parts to make sure you choose the right options to enter a key.
