All current Regent University Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to Microsoft's Office 365 at no cost.  This Office 365 benefit provides access to the online versions of Microsoft's popular office applications as well as the ability to download full versions of Office to Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.


Note: Chromebooks can't install Microsoft Office products, please use the web version of Microsoft Office.

To access Office 365, go to regent.edu/office



Type in your Office 365 account name.  Your account name is your MyRegent ID followed by @regent.edu


Then type in your password and click Sign in.  Your Office 365 account password is your MyRegent password.






Once you are logged into Office 365, you can install Office applications on your Windows PC or Mac and access Office applications online.  To learn more about using Office on your mobile devices, click on Other Installs.






You may also download Office Apps directly on your Android or iOS devices from Google Play and the Apple App Store.



Once the Office 365 apps are downloaded to your PC, Mac, or device, you will be prompted to sign in using your Office 365 account.  At the Microsoft window, your account is your MyRegent ID followed by @regent.edu.



 You'll be taken to the MyRegent portal login. On the MyRegent portal page, enter your MyRegent ID, which is parts of your first and last name, and your password.



Caution: If you receive an error message saying We can't connect you, you most likely entered an email address at the MyRegent portal.

Q: How many devices may I install Office 365 on with my Regent Office 365 account?

A: You are allowed to install Office on up to 5 separate devices


Q: How long will I have access to the Regent University Office 365 benefit?

A: Your Office 365 account is active as long as your MyRegent account is active. For example, students have access to MyRegent for 1 year after graduation.

Q: What operating systems are supported?

A: As of August 2024, the current supported operating systems are Windows 11, Windows 10, and the three most recent versions of macOS. For iOS, iPadOS, and Android, please visit the app store to see which versions of operating systems are supported.


Q: I'm getting an error message when trying to log in to any Office products.

A: A common error is if you're out of the country and trying to log in. Please submit this form to request access.
