In some cases, you may need to download a document from a personal or Regent One Drive account if One Drive cannot be accessed where you need to attach a document.

To access One Drive, first go to: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/onedrive/?from=PortalHome
Click on "My files" to access your One Drive files. You may need to go into a Documents folder first to see any documents you have saved. Folders may be arranged as you need.
Once you have located your file, click on the circle next to the document to select it. Once selected, the panel on the top will change, allowing you to choose "download" to retrieve the document. It will be downloaded to your "Downloads" folder by default. Once downloaded, it may be accessed offline, just like any other file on your PC.
