If you are signed into your Regent email on the iPhone Mail app, you are able to create scheduled events on the Calendar app that can be sent to Outlook. This app does not currently support full synchronization with all calendar systems. If you create an event on a personal iCloud calendar or other address, it will not appear on your Regent Email Outlook calendar.
Once you have added a new task, select "Calendar" and ensure you have chosen the "calendar" option under the list for your Regent email. *Your Regent email will be whatever you had chosen to label it as when you had added it to the Mail app.
Once the correct calendar selected, confirm the event's information and then tap "Add." It may take a moment to be sent to your Outlook calendar.
