The goal of this form is to allow a universal upload option where the student can submit a form and have it update the correct aid year, tracking code, and appxtender processes without needing to be manually processed by DCS. Within the form there are three main "blocks" the student can select from to indicate the type of form they are submitting:

  1. A list of student facing requirements that are in a student actionable status on their account. The student can select which specific requirement their upload is for.
  2. A set list of very common forms that might not be established on the student account before the student elects to submit them (like the military VCR, or a SAP appeal)
  3. A set of very general "Other" form options where they simply indicate if its a form for federal, state, private, institutional, or military aid. These will follow the submission process outlined here.
