Due Date: This needs to be live by February 1st. 

Complexity: This is highly complex as the form needs to contain a good deal of skip logic (by pulling information from banner as well as from student input) and needs to push information back to banner. Most pushed information will go to RHACOMM and RRAAREQ, but some additional fiends will also need to be pushed. Work closely with Rachael on the development of this form.

  • You will need to ask IT (Myrnalyn) to open the existing application for you to see the questions and skip logic in place now).

• Review the RHACOMM codes currently matched to questions on the donor-funded scholarship application
  • The Scholarship Application Data Mapping excel sheet attached to this article in a good starting place.
• Review the message codes (recipient criteria) currently matched to the questions on the donor-funded scholarship application

• Review Cognos reports used to support the awarding process
  • Funded Award Criteria for Scholarship Overview Mail Merge
  • Funded Scholarship Fund Information by Year (2324 and Beyond)

Workflow: 

• The form should insert into RRAAREQ in an S status under the ISPRO (Regent: Donor Funded Scholarship Application) tracking requirement after submission by the student. If the student submits the application more than once for the aid year, subsequent submissions should update the status date.
• A copy of the application should be indexed to B-R-TREQ
• All other information should be pushed to the respective banner fields.
