Softdocs - CPT - Department Recommendation
Purpose: A place for notes, change requests, etc. for the CPT - Department Recommendation Softdocs conversion process.
Change Requests:
12/5/2023 - KKerley - Part B, in most cases, can be completed by the DSO. We will only need to route this out to the Law School if the student is in the JD or LLM program, as we do not provide academic advising to those students. In light of this, could we move the following information out of Part B and into Part A for the student to fill in:

Course Number
Title of Course Student Will be Registered For
Credit Hours for Course
Page 2 of the form will only really be needed when it is routed to the Law School, to provide them with additional information.
