This form was created to add an extra layer of awareness for SPC students who add a certificate program on while in a degree program with us. They must follow very specific registration steps to make sure the certificate courses are registered by Advising in special sections coded at the ND level. The student submits this form as an acknowledgement but it does not need review by processing. It should be indexed, inserted into RRAAREQ, and placed in an S status.
