Softdoc Not Yet Built

  1. External Aid Form
    This is a suggestion regarding external aid like outside scholarships, grants, 529 plans. I think it would be helpful to have something along the lines of an "external aid form" for our students. This is a form that students could submit and in the form they state what kind of external aid they are receiving and then there is an area where they can attach the award summary/letter from the external aid donor stating they are receiving it and how much it will be for. This can help us project/memo the amount to the students account while we wait for the official payment to get to us and when we get the official payment we can then look at the external aid form for the student and see what exactly the payment is for and how to apply it. (proposed suggested form 02/07/25) Ticket reference #REQ-263180.
