Faculty receiving this 431 error for Turnitin.
- First try a different browser.
- copy the first section of the URL up to the second regentuniversity.turnitin.com example: (https://regentuniversity.turnitin.com/eula/latest/prompt?lang=en-US&eula_token=821839956&decline_url=&return_url=https%3A%2F%2Fregentuniversity.turnitin.com)
- If the error continues, make sure no popup blockers is running.
- Add the following 2 URLS to your exceptions list in the settings of your browser and in the block popup section you need to add:
https://regent.instructure.com/ and https://regentuniversity.turnitin.com/
4. Refresh the browser and try again.
5. If the error continues, please follow the guides below and clear only your cache in your browsers.
