The Dean and Dept. Chair admin roles allow you to access all courses (in your sub-account/program). Administrator authorization and a FERPA acknowledgment are required before gaining department or program admin access.

  1. Log into Canvas

  2. In the Global Navigation, click the "Admin" link, then click the appropriate account [Your School]



  3. On the following page, you will see a list of courses, and use the course search tool/filter or enter the specific Course ID (Ex: GENE100). You do not have to "Quick Enroll" as you do in Blackboard.  



Note: To search the Master Course Shell, enter the course ID without the "period" (example: BIBL103), and for live course search, enter a "period" between the subject and number (Ex: GENE.100). In Canvas Master Course Shell is named Blueprint Course. For additional information, please visit the Regent Canvas website.
