1. Navigate to Regent.zoom.us and sign in.


2. Use your Regent login credentials.


3 . On the left-hand side, under “Personal,” click Recordings.

4. Here, on the recordings page, you will find all your cloud recordings. Locate the recording you wish to download and click on the “More” button to the right of the recording.


5. From the dropdown, select Download.

6. The files will now start to download to your computer.

7. After you download the recordings, click on “Delete” to delete them.
