1. Log into your course and identify the Collaborate recordings by clicking on the Collaborate link on the left navigation.

2. Open the menu in the upper left-hand corner (the three lines) and then click on Recordings.

3. By default, the filter will be set to “Recent Recordings.” If you do not see your recordings, click on the down arrow to the right of “Recent Recordings” and change it to “Recordings In A Range,” and enter a date range.

4. Identify the recordings you want to download and click on the three dots to access Recording Options and select “Download.”

5. After you download the recordings, click the three dots again and select “Delete” to remove them from the course.
